David Bocchi
Head of Investment Banking
David Bocchi, Head of Investment Banking, has traditionally focused on equity financing mergers and acquisitions, debt capital markets, and alternative financing. He has expertise in the middle-market, and structuring investment product for growth opportunities. Since joining Aegis in 2010, David has raised capital and advised for public Health Care, Consumer Goods, Real Estate, Autos & Dealerships, Media, Long Term Care, Defense, Retail, and Resource companies. He has expertise in product structuring for Preferred Equity, Convertible Debt Financing, Registered Directs, IPOS, Secondary Offerings, and PIPES. Prior to joining Aegis, David was at Jesup, where he raised capital in a multitude of industries and assisted clients in both short term bridge needs, as well as long term capital fundraising. David graduated magna cum laude with a BBA from Boston University School of Management, with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting, and a minor in Political Science. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
Jeffrey H. Glasse

Jeff Glasse, Head of Debt Capital Markets at Aegis Capital Corp.
Mr. Glasse previously headed U.S. loan trading at Barclays Capital, TD Securities and Fieldstone Capital Group. In addition to establishing and managing these businesses, he was responsible for capital markets and syndication of new issue loans. During Jeff’s tenure, these groups led over 400 loan financings totaling $200B, and were top-10 ranked in both leveraged loan new issue and trading.
Mr. Glasse is a former Board of Directors member of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, and has served on numerous working groups responsible for establishing syndicated loan market practices.
Mr. Glasse has an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, and a BA in Economics from Hampshire College.
