Managing Director & Co-Head of Israeli Issuers
Victor Halpert started working in the financial services sector in 1993 as a technology equity research analyst. Mr. Halpert was formally with Salomon Brothers, Inc. and Robertson Stephens, Inc. where he was the Director of Equity research for Israeli companies and the technology sector. Afterwards Mr. Halpert managed a technology fund and was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan’s Moscow office, managing their research department. Mr. Halpert has been involved with strategic advisory and M&A for technology companies, both in the US and Israel. Mr. Halpert served in the Israeli Defense Forces and was honorably discharged at the rank of sergeant.
Senior Vice President of Investment Banking
Dilnaman Sachdeva joined Aegis Capital after working at MD Global Partners, as part of their investment banking team. Dil specializes in deal origination and execution for domestic as well as international issuers with a focus on transactions relating to capital markets. He received his B.S. in Management Studies with concentrations in Finance from University of Delhi and went on to earn a Master of Management Studies degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business where he was honored as a Fuqua Scholar. Dil is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi languages.
Griffin Cassagne joined Aegis Capital after working at Momentum Ventures Advisory, a boutique investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions for venture staged companies primarily in the technology, media, and telecom sector. At Momentum, Griffin was responsible for constructing merger models as well as helping manage diligence tasks to facilitate sell-side mandates. While employed at Aegis Capital, Griffin has been involved in executing and originating more than 30 successful transactions totaling more than $400 million in capital for issuers. Griffin graduated from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Development at the Sol Price School of Public Policy.
Connor McDaniel joined Aegis Capital after working in the Valuation Advisory Services and Portfolio Valuation divisions at Duff & Phelps. At Duff & Phelps, Connor was responsible for constructing business enterprise valuation financial models for purchase price allocations and asset impairments as well as performing valuations for illiquid portfolio positions for private equity and hedge fund clients. Connor is responsible for acquiring new clients to bring to the Aegis platform as well as executing capital raising efforts for clients through the public and private markets. In addition to deal execution, Connor aids the equity capital markets team and syndicate team in providing transaction services. Connor graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College at the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Connor Heger is responsible for a variety of business development initiatives, in addition to supporting active transactions through market research, pitch design and valuation analysis. Mr. Heger has worked on a multitude of product types for both equity and debt capital raising initiatives for clients spanning a broad range of industries. Connor graduated magna cum laude from Elon University – Martha & Spencer Love School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Data Analytics.
